These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By ordering from Brume you agree to these terms.

Goods: Window films, decals, spots, or any other products supplied by Brume.

You/Your: The person purchasing Goods from Brume.

1. Our Contract
Your order is an offer to buy Goods from us. A legally binding contract is formed once we have received full payment and sent you an order confirmation email.
2. Prices & Payment

Prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We accept payment by debit/credit card, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Payment must be cleared before Goods are produced or dispatched.
3. Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days of receipt of payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will notify you if there is a delay.

Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.

For deliveries outside the UK: you may be liable for import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Custom-Made Goods & Cancellations

Many of our products are made-to-measure or customised to your specification. Such Goods cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has begun, unless faulty.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If production has already started, we reserve the right to charge up to 30% of the order value as a handling fee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Standard Goods & Your Right to Cancel

For non-custom Goods, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us in writing or by email and return the Goods at your expense in resaleable condition.

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
6. Product Information & Measurements

Images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen or print settings.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We cannot accept returns for Goods that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by you.

Samples are available on request if you are unsure before ordering.
7. Fitting & Installation

Fitting instructions are included with every order.

Brume is not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues arising from incorrect installation, use on unsuitable surfaces, or failure to follow instructions.
8. Faulty or Defective Goods
If Goods are faulty or defective on delivery, please contact us within 14 days. We may ask you to send clear photographs of the issue so that we can assess it before arranging a return.
If a return is required, the Goods should be securely packaged and sent back to us for inspection.
If the Goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a replacement at no cost, or if you prefer, a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Goods Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged Goods.
We may arrange collection or ask you to return the damaged items.
Once confirmed, we will replace the Goods at no cost, or if you prefer, provide a full refund.
Claims for transit damage made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, courier issues, fire, flood, accident, or supply chain disruption).
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and store your personal data.
12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the Goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
