We want you to be happy with your Brume order. Here’s how our returns and cancellations work.
Custom-made products
Most of our window films are made-to-measure or customised just for you. Because they can’t be resold, these items can’t be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Standard products
If you’ve bought a non-custom product, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it.

Please let us know in writing (email is fine).

You’ll need to send the goods back at your own cost, in unused, resaleable condition.

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.
Faulty items
If something isn’t right with your order:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Send us clear photos so we can see the issue.

If we need the item back, we’ll arrange return instructions.

Once confirmed, we’ll either replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos of the packaging and the damaged goods.

We’ll replace the order at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.
