USA orders – important notice

⚠️ Due to current tariff restrictions, Royal Mail and most couriers are not accepting parcels for delivery to the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch orders to US addresses at this time. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will update this page as soon as services resume.

Missed deliveries / redelivery

If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the courier will usually leave a card or notification with instructions for collection or redelivery.

• If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, we may charge for redelivery.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
