Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Decorative stickers and window film by the metre are will be dispatched within 2 working days. Made to Measure window film is dispatched within 2-5 working days after we receive payment. Your goods will need to be signed for so please make sure that you give us a delivery address where someone will be in, or you will need to collect from your local postal depot.

Q: Do you deliver anywhere in the world?

A: We ship to anywhere in Europe or the USA. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout.

Tell me more about made to measure window film.

Q: What kind of window can I use window film on?

A: Any flat glass window without surface texture. Make sure the glass is clean and free from any paint blobs.

Q: Can I see out? Can people see in ?

A:   You can only see out through the cut-out areas so consider your choice of position. No-one can see in through the film, just diffused shapes if an internal light is on.

Q: How easy is it to fit?

A:   If you follow our instructions you should find it fairly easy.  Because we make the film precisely to your measurements it will fit perfectly with no trimming necessary.

Q: Is it easy to clean?

A: Yes, just use a damp, lint-free cloth, avoiding any abrasive materials. You will find window film much more hygenic and lower maintenance than net or sheer curtains.

Q: Can I use it in a bathroom or kitchen?

A:   You can use the film in a bathroom or kitchen, but not where the film will come into direct contact with water or grease such as the inside of a shower door or behind a hob. Condensation is not a problem.

Q: How do I remove it?

A: Your film should last for at least 5 years but if you tire of the design and want to remove it you just follow the simple removal instructions included with the fitting instructions.
