Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Decorative stickers and window film by the metre are will be dispatched within 2 working days. Made to Measure window film is dispatched within 2-5 working days after we receive payment. Your goods will need to be signed for so please make sure that you give us a delivery address where someone will be in, or you will need to collect from your local postal depot.

Q: Where can I use the stickers?

A: Any flat clean stable surface but do not apply to newly painted surfaces. In general the stickers should remove easily with no harm to the surface they were applied to but due to variations in surface materials we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred when using and removing .

A: Very easy - by following simple directions you can give your room a very quick face lift.

A: Yes, just use a damp, lint-free cloth, avoiding any abrasive materials.

Q: How do I remove them?

A: You simply peel them off, but they cannot be re-applied. In general the stickers should remove easily with no harm to the surface they were applied to but due to variations in surface materials we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred when using and removing . Blackboard stickers have a very strong adhesive and may lift off a layer of paint on removal.
